Hi everyone! We’re stoked to share some big updates that we’ve been working on for the last few months! We’re excited to OFFICIALLY launch the new Hü Performance App!
After listening to all of your feedback, questions, frustrations, injuries, and what you want from your strength programming, we built this app to help you optimize your strength training and to bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
The Hü Performance App is a comprehensive strength, mobility, and performance platform built specifically for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and all-around endurance athletes who want to get stronger and move better while staying consistent in their training.
The app consists of weekly strength and mobility that will be uploaded to every user’s calendar, plus dozens of specialized programs, workout routines, and educational resources that you can access on the side.
I want to preface that this isn’t a generic fitness app. With my experience as both a physical therapist working with thousands of patients across the spectrum and competing as an elite-level athlete, I’ve carefully these programs to help you learn how to be (and practice being) a smarter and more resilient athlete.
Every program is grounded in real-world experience, evidence-based biomechanics, and the actual demands of endurance training so you can stay consistent with both your strength work and your endurance training.

Been a bit of a roller coaster these last few months… but for the first time in a long time, things finally feel like they’re moving in the right direction. 🙏
Tomorrow we line up in Chattanooga ready to test it all out. Excited to race, compete, and see what’s there against some of the best.

I was listening to a podcast during the trip to Chatty and this quote really hit home.
“Let me try it. The only consequence is failure… and by the way, not trying is failure.”
Life doesn’t always go to plan and there can be so much happening around us, but at the end of the day the focus has to stay on continuing to move forward and trusting yourself enough to take the shot. If you’re still reading this gracias, tomorrow I’ll try to go to a place we haven’t been before we may fail but ready to try!

Emily is now 20 weeks post hip surgeries:

🔪 Distal femoral osteotomy
With a new and now biomechanically different hip and knee, we are grateful to have the @levermovement to reintroduce the mechanics of running with less impact while Emily’s body adapts to her new (but better) normal. She is crushing it!

Dialing in the details —> Big wins. GC had been dealing with some strange hamstring cramping on the bike over the last month that told him things weren’t quite right with his new setup. So he came in to see @caitalexander looking for answers.
GC even joked mid-fit: “If I do well this weekend, I’m giving you the credit.”
Turns out he meant it. That weekend, GC lined up at the CU crit with low expectations, but with a position that finally felt dialed. And when the race came down to it?
“Everything just kind of clicked. I wasn’t thinking about my position or anything like that I could just focus on racing and making decisions. For me, it’s a game, it’s a problem to solve in real time. That day I just felt like I was able to actually play the game and I got it right.” He took the win. 🏆

A few weeks ago, me and @andrelopes.v stepped into the lab with @wagner__41 at @hu.performance for lactate testing. The verdict? We’ve got the speed. What we need is the engine to hold it.
So we went back to work. Not the flashy stuff. Not the sessions that look good on camera or on Strava. The quiet, patient miles that build the foundation nobody sees until race day.
Because here’s the thing about being an athlete we all want to train the house down. Ego says go harder. Science says train smarter. And the fastest guys in the summer are the ones who respected the process and stay patient. Summer racing is almost here and will be ready. 🤙🏼
