GPO Telephone Exchange Building - the scope of works involved specialist facade cleaning, heritage brick work, stone and timber conservation and solid rendering.
The entire North wall at Maid and Magpie was dismantled stone by stone with each individual item documented, this took the team several weeks as the stone was then palletised according to its location ensuring the materials were re laid in their original position !
HSR were engaged to carry out a full dismantle and rebuild of the entire northern elevation of the Maid and Magpie Hotel in order to rectify the damage created by the subsidence within the original footings.
Various repair methods were used on the Adelaide Railway Station, including a full render repair, structural repairs, protective membrane application, crack injections and an entire replacement of moulded sections under the cornice.

HSR carried out a full dilapidation before beginning works to the Adelaide Railway Station in order to determine a scope for the repair of structural and non-structural rendered elements.
Extensive works were carried out by HSR on The Bice Building project. This included reinstating all damaged heritage brickwork, ornate solid rendering to external facades, all internal rendering and plastering, making good cornices and mouldings, new and refurbished metal windows and guarding, and specialist cleaning to all masonry facades.
