Acidity is a critical factor for the health of natural nails.
The higher the acid level, the more destructive the base’s impact impact and the deeper it penetrates into the healthy layers of the nail. That means, healthy nails have lower chances of retaining their beauty until the next correction.
However, acidic bases are unsuitable for dry and over-filed nails, as they can cause chemical burns or onycholysis. That’s why I not using bases with high acidity content to ensure the well-being of my nails.
