This is the new basement. Been working hard in the gym and trying to fix my horrible penultimate. Within the next few months I’ll be jumping higher than ever. Dunking is fun and I’m grateful I get to play it.
👉This was at an Olympic Bobsled/Skeleton race combine I did last weekend. A lot of athletes were surprised when they couldn’t break the 30 inch barrier. They said they had been able to jump 30+ inches before but at the event they were recording low 20s. This is because people cheat the landing on jump pads by bending their knees. If you want to accurately measure your vertical I would advise using a different tool, but if you’re going to use a jump pad you have to land with straight legs.
