A base of Weyermann pilsner malt and a touch of Carafoam and Munich set the stage for the Spalt, Lorien and Crystal dry hop to shine. Light bready malts and a floral/spice hop nose, crisp and clean on the palate with a firm noble hop finish. A super sessionable crusher!

This time around for HAWAIIAN TIME we hopped it with Mosaic, Strata, Krush and @crosbyhops Strata CGX Nuvo, which are cryogenically frozen fresh hops. This batch is smoooooooth hop nectar!

Join us today at open as we release DIALED IN on draft and in cans to go. DIALED IN started with a grain bill heavy on wheat, giving it a lovely pale color and a soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel. From there we dialed the Citra up to 11 and dosed it with every Citra product we could find. @royfarms_hops Citra pellets on the hot side along with more on the dry hop, as well as Citra Lupomax, Citra cryo hash and Citra terpenes. Soft, slightly sweet and saturated with all the Citra goodness you could want, DIALED IN will have you singing it’s praises.

Anyways, to ‘celebrate’ we are dropping HYPER LOCAL, a geeked and tweaked version of Local. For this one Magic revised the grain bill, subbing in @weyermann_specialty_malts pilsner malt and a bunch of wheats to soften the mouthfeel and give it more modern pale color. From there the dry hopping regimen got switched to all LupoMAX and LupoCORE to enhance the flavors we want without the green matter that comes with T90. Suuuuuper smooth and balanced, we think you’ll enjoy it as much as we’ve been. While the weather is about to be wild a we’d like to remind you that drinking is an indoor sport.
