I wish you had more time.
More time to receive the same love you so freely gave to everyone around you.
So much of your life was spent carrying others - raising two daughters on your own, often with so little left for yourself. And yet, your love never stopped at us. You still found ways to give to your nephews and nieces, to your grandchildren, to anyone who needed care, comfort, or kindness.
I wish you had more time to see the people we are becoming. To see the goodness in us that came from you. To fully know how much of your strength, sacrifice, and love lives inside us still.
But more than anything, I wish we had more time to show you how deeply loved you are. More time to thank you. More time to care for you the way you cared for us. More time to make you feel how truly appreciated you have always been.
You gave so much of yourself to this world, Mi.
I only wish life had given you more time to receive the same love in return.
Last year, we moved countries, chased moments and big swings, found our way back to friends, and crossed oceans for family. I also said a quiet goodbye to someone who helped shape me. Grounded by the person who held me steady through it allโ @mackytung ๐ Carrying it all forward..2026, W3 R reDรฎ 4 ร!! ๐
