What would Cinco De Mayo be without a little winter storm. Our Mexican style lager is pouring just in time! Same As It Ever Was is our Mexican style lager. This beer is made with a bit of heirloom corn, Pilsner malts that provide a touch of malty sweetness. Moutueka hops provide a zesty hop bitterness with undertones of lime zest. This refreshing beer pairs well with snowstorms, hikes, Avs games, bike rides, and elote bowls.

Certain things are not quite as readily available as we would like. When they come along it is important to really take a moment to cherish them. Foil Variant is our Czech style Amber Lager.
We brew this beer on very rare occasions. Floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt makes up the back bone of this beer lending a nutty malty aroma, for specialty grains to build off of. A slightly biscuity, bready beer that finishes dry enough to keep the next sip on the forefront of our minds. Saaz hops lend a herbal spicy character that balance this clean easy drinking lager. Foil Variant, is one of our favorite beers, that pairs perfectly with these confusing Colorado spring days. Snow, sun, wind, this beer works wonderfully with any and all of the above.

Cool crisp mornings are finally upon us. In the high country we tend to wake up early to go to beautifully religious experiences, be it sitting in traffic on I-70, finding head stashes on our favorite runs, or putting in the work cutting uphill trails. After a hard days work we all tend to Sleep in the Pews.
Sleeping in the Pews is our Belgian style dark strong, monks inspire these sorts of beers, but as mere mortals we can only do our best to pay homage to them. Malt complexity paired with yeast undertones create a beer layered in flavors. Chocolate notes pair with raisin and plum aromatics resulting in a delicious balancing act that only Belgian beer can accomplish. This beer is a great winter warmer, one that will have us all sleeping in the pews after a long day of recreation.

Poetry in Motion, is a rustic saison made using brettanomyces that we then refermented on Cabernet Franc skins. Brettanomyces is a slow moving yeast that takes ages to express itself. The combination of rustic grains, wild yeast, and grape skins creates a delicate balance in one of our favorite beers. Poetry in Motion is a dry, complex, tannic, barn yardy, and spritzy saison that comes together to create a beer worth singing about “tra la la la la”

This is the Normal One! This beer pays homage to one of our favorite managers. The normal one is humble, subtle, nuanced, and an all day fall favorite. It really reminds us, despite being in a fairly isolated place, that You’ll Never Walk Alone.
The Normal One, is our English ordinary bitter. Maris Otter makes up the backbone of this beer, floral notes from East Kent Golding bring balance to the slightly sweet toasted nuttiness created from the malt. We serve this beer on Nitro, to create a silky smooth rich body. This beer is built for the average consumer, and connoisseur alike. The Normal One is best consumed with friends, and rivals alike, over footy banter, watching the snow fall, while belting out You’ll Never Walk Alone, or after a full fall day adventure.
