We know a lot of your favorite cuts are sold out this weekend—and we can’t thank you enough for that kind of support. But it’s still a great time to swing by the stand and stock up on the essentials: ground beef, ground pork, and of course our pasture-raised, soy-free tallow. And don’t worry… next weekend we’re bringing a HUGE restock and plan to keep it that way all summer and fall long. Thank you for supporting locally raised meats and our family farm. It truly means everything to us.

This week’s farm stand menu looks a little different—and it’s all because of you. 💚 So many of our products are sold out heading into the weekend, and we truly can’t thank you enough for the way you continue to support our family farm. Every purchase, every visit, every kind word means more than we can put into words. While stock is a bit lighter this weekend, we’re already preparing for what’s ahead. Next weekend, we’ll be restocking almost all of our beef products, and with our pasture-raised cattle heading to the processor monthly throughout the summer and fall, there’s so much more to come. From our family to yours—thank you for being part of this journey. We’re so grateful for you.

Today we celebrate Jenn 🤍 A woman who shows up every single day with strength, intention, and a whole lot of heart. The kind of mom who doesn’t just talk about values—she lives them. In the early mornings, the long days, and the quiet in-between moments, she’s building something meaningful for her family and everyone around her. She protects what matters. She nurtures with purpose. She leads by example—not just at home, but here on the farm too. Howe Farms is what it is because of women like her. Strong, steady, and rooted in love. Happy Mother’s Day, Jenn. We’re so grateful for you 🌿

There’s something special about seeing familiar faces pull into the stand each weekend… and knowing you believe in what we’re building here. This farm runs on more than hard work—it runs on trust, community, and people like you who choose to support local, pasture-raised, and thoughtfully raised food. We don’t take that lightly. Every purchase, every visit, every kind word means more to our family than you know. The stand is stocked up for the weekend with plenty of ground beef, NY strip steaks, tallow, ground pork, pork shoulder steaks, and more—always pasture-raised and always soy-free, just the way we believe it should be. From our family to yours, thank you for continuing to show up for us. It truly means everything.

Thank you for continuing to support our family, our farm, and the way we believe food should be raised. It truly means everything to us.

Last week, our oldest, Addison, committed to play college volleyball at Blackburn College—and our hearts are truly overflowing. We don’t usually boast like this or share much personal family news, but as part of a community that has supported us in so many ways, we felt like you all deserved to celebrate this moment with us too. We are proud of our kids every single day, but this one feels especially meaningful. Not just because of the accomplishment, but because of the journey it took to get here. Addison had a dream, and she committed to it fully—showing up day after day, through early mornings, long practices, wins, setbacks, and everything in between. She stayed focused, stayed hungry, and stayed true to what she wanted. As parents, we can guide, support, and encourage—but at the end of the day, they have to do the work. Addison did exactly that, and more. While we celebrate this milestone, we are not surprised in the slightest. Her work ethic, determination, and heart have always set her apart, and this is just one of many steps in the direction she’s been working toward. To her coaches, teammates, friends, competitors, and our family—thank you. The support, encouragement, patience, and belief you’ve shown her along the way has been a huge part of this journey, and we see and appreciate every bit of it. Addison, we are beyond excited for what’s ahead. Keep chasing your dreams with that same fire and humility—you inspire us more than you’ll ever know. We love you, and we couldn’t be prouder.

You all showed up in a big way last weekend and cleared us out of beef faster than we could’ve imagined. Right now, NY Strips are the last ones holding it down on the steak side—but don’t worry, we’ve got more beef heading to the processor regularly and will be restocking all summer long. This weekend, though… it’s all about the maple syrup. Once a year, Steve’s father taps the trees right here on the farm, then boils, processes, and bottles some of the purest, richest maple syrup you’ll find anywhere. It’s a true labor of love and a tradition we’re proud to share. We’ll have 16 oz bottles available for $20—but if you’ve had it before, you already know… it goes fast. Come early, grab your syrup, and thank you for continuing to support what we do out here.

We can’t thank this community enough for the support you continue to show us. Last weekend was one for the books, and a lot of our beef sold out quickly—we truly appreciate your patience as we restock. The good news: we’ve got cattle heading to the processor every week or so for the next 3+ months, which means plenty of beef coming your way. You’ll see more in the stand next weekend, and we’ll be staying stocked throughout the summer. Raising animals on pasture, free of antibiotics, hormones, and soy, takes time, care, and a whole lot of intention. It’s not the fastest way—but it’s the right way for us, and we’re grateful you believe in that too.

Dandelion season is in full swing, and the pastures are coming back to life 🌼 Nothing better than watching the cows out there soaking up the sunshine, fresh grass, and a new season on the farm.
