2024 🎉
My first ✨full calendar year ✨ in drag and some of my greatest goals achieved! I got to appear in two of my favorite shows, @magicdyke.newengland and @biggestdragdunce , I wore some wigs, and I helped bring four Kingdom little brothers into the world (@sid.saint.id@_dykotomy_@thetommyboss@blake_ziti )
Lots kept me from engaging with drag as much as I’d like to this past year, in good ways and not! I graduated my master’s program, my long-distance girlfriend moved across the country and we moved in together, I’m getting medicated and figuring out mental health shit, I started my first full-time library job, and I’m getting scheduled for top surgery. Being trans and mentally ill is not good for my creative motivation on top of other responsibilities it turns out :O ! shocking
I’d like to clear some fog and enjoy more drag (as audience and performer) in 2025, and no better way to start than beginning to prep for @mantasydrag in February.

A little Daredevil BTS feat. my sweet @maelynleis@cheese.curd.sketch who once again helped me with my costume. I can’t draw a thing so she jumped in to sketch my concept and paint the costume pieces. I now rely on her fabric painting skills ty :D More and more learning drag isn’t done alone!
This costume is 💯 something I would have loved to wear as a kid, and boy does it feel great to wear it now
