Sean O'Brien and Effren Denson are excited to announce their new company, Sorta Pretty Good. O'Brien co-founder of Brokenmold Entertainment, Gasparilla Music Fest, Antiwarpt, Cass Street Deli, Screen Door Microcinema and more, is teaming up with Denson, owner of A Blowfly clothing line, and WeVegan Eats Café to start a new event and clothing brand. It's fitting that their first event will be a show in the final 2 months of the legendary Crowbar before it closes in July. Because, their first collaborations were hosting an MF DOOM party there and a sold out De La Day party featuring Prince Paul.
For Sorta Pretty Goods first and last show at Crowbar they will be hosting a reunion of Tampa scene stalwarts, Florida Night Heat and 2 of their favorite bands from each side of the Bay, Saint Petersburg's Soft Cuff and Tampa's Hovercar!.
