“I’ve driven past your bakery a million times and never noticed…” is something we hear all the time! Well, now you have 👋 hello and welcome to our family-run West Yorkshire bakery! We’re big on sourdough (like, 11+ varieties big), plus loads of sweet and savoury bakes, basically something for whatever mood you’re in. A lot of what we bake comes straight from our Polish heritage, with family recipes passed down through generations and still baked fresh every day we open! We’re a family of proper foodies, so if you’re into good food as much as we are, you’ll feel right at home here 😄

March has been a big one for us in all the best ways! From Mother’s Day boxes, iced coffees joining the menu and Easter pre-orders opening, to front steps getting a little glow-up in the middle of the chaos, it’s been non-stop in the bakery. We’ve celebrated some huge milestones across our social media, broken a record for jagodzianki sold in a single day and we still can’t get over the queues outside our doors and all the new faces discovering us for the first time 🤍 On top of that, we’ve had so much love from your comments, reviews and messages, which has been our jet fuel through some very sleepless, very busy nights this month!

Just a reminder that we’re closed on Wednesday - tomorrow! Back open as normal from Thursday, 8–3. The ovens will be on and the shelves will be restocked with fresh bread, cakes and bakes waiting for you 😋

We honestly don’t have the words after this weekend, it’s been so special seeing so many of you supporting our family run bakery! It’s been a week of very early mornings and very late nights, but we made it through the other side thanks to a huge team effort. Not the full squad in this pic, somehow a full team photo is harder to organise than baking thousands of bakes 😅 but every single person has put their all into this week! We hope you have the loveliest Easter weekend and enjoy every bite of HOB🐣 We’re going to give ourselves an extra day to recover so we’ll be CLOSED this Wednesday, back open as usual after that!

Lots of questions about this today! We’re open as normal this weekend 
Friday (Bank Holiday): 8am to 3pm
Saturday: 8am to 2pm We’ve been selling out faster than expected this week, so we recommend coming in the morning for the best selection 🥐 Just a heads up, slab breads, focaccia and sandwiches will be out from around 10am onwards. There will likely be queues, but we’ll have plenty to choose from, from your cinnamon and jagodzianki buns to our Easter special babkas, lots of cakes, plus the full sourdough range! PRE ORDERS PLACED BEFORE MONDAY : Skip the queue and collect after hours
Friday 3pm to 4pm
Saturday 2pm to 3pm
