Fire, fat, and a little bit of chaos 🔥
HOU BBQ Fest isn’t clean. It’s smoke in your clothes, grease on your hands, pit doors slamming, and someone yelling “you gotta try this” every five minutes. It’s wings getting tossed mid-air, ribs cut straight off the board, flames licking steel like it’s part of the show.
This is the part people don’t always see - the in-between moments. The hands, the heat, the work.

Cool to see the Black Gold BBQ team doing their thing at the Houston BBQ Festival after meeting them at the Pitmaster event. They brought a rib dish that looked downright wild and kept the crowd locked in.
