HOT MESS 2/12-2-14 2026
Sometime in March, when I was so fed up with failed attempts to be anyone besides myself I started journaling about a caricature of myself named Eve who started as a vessel to make fun of myself and then it accidentally became a play. Then it accidentally changed the way I think. The way I view myself, everyone I meet, love, self help and everything. Then somehow I stopped questioning myself. I stopped wanting to be anyone else. I wanted to be me.
To say that this whole process changed my life is an understatement- I never thought I’d be capable of doing anything, I never thought I’d find people who’d enjoy it, who’d wanna be apart of it yet somehow this all happened and I am forever changed and grateful. It was the rebrand I was looking for my whole life. The problem wasn’t a lack of discipline but it was shame that kept me from connecting with the world around me. It blinded me from realizing that true connections are formed when you’re honest about your mess, you don’t have to earn love. You don’t have to clean it first to love yourself and be loved.
