Still haven't practiced a single routine, but I am happy to say im getting stronger so I can hold poses better. Just need to practice more.

For me one of lifes most simple pleasures is to turn off my air purifier and watch how smoke catches the sunlight in the room, watch the beauty of the patterns, and how it interacts with the environment. I could spend hours of my day enjoying nothing else other then smoking. Anyone else enjoy slowing down and seeing how the air is effected in a space or is it just me?
If there's one thing about the beach, I always end up doing head/hand stands. I dont think i have quite the right flexibility to hold a hand stand like i can a head stand yet. Ill get there one day though.
Always saw this structure out at the end of the beach and I decided to go out to it today finally. For some reason I really just get inspired to climb everything and ill definitely make it on top one day.
I cant believe the weather we've been having so far this year. It's been so warm ive been wanting to spend the day at the beach and I finally spent it relaxed in a sand berm.
Sometimes the lighting is in your favor and sometimes not. But just like in life, you have to take the shot when you have it.
Life has been rattling me around like the ball in a spray can but im always finding the light.
