@hophooligans will be here, of course, showing off their latest with their freshest troublemakers, loud, and impossible to ignore.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL is back and as menacing as ever.
As far as Modern Westcoast IPAs go, it’s hard to beat this Strata and Nectaron combo, so we won’t even dare to change anything about it. Balancing white peach and bubblegum with funky maracuja and assertive, bitter weed, with a peppery twang that keeps it ‘green’ and some fuzzy mango pulp that keeps it juicy. 🥭🥦🍑
What is dead may never die? Something like that. ☠️☠️☠️

We’ve gone and done a Red IPA. Heavily hopped with a mix of old and new, with Amarillo, Centennial, Talus and Strata, both on the cold side, and after it’s fiery, bubbling fermentation. Minimal caramaltiness, we don’t want too much of that sweetness, but just a nice toasty safety net before the pine resin, weed, punchy potpourri, tangerine and grapefruit peel onslaught. 🍊🌲🥦
Bitter, assertive, with an Old School Westcoast sturdiness, but also some extra fruity Modern sentiments. Something that we hope will be remembered. 📚

We’re still sailing on that NZ hop smoothness, with a new juicy DDH release - THE SEA OF SLEEP. ⛵
We’re smothered in Rakau, Wakatu and Superdelic hops in this one, keeping the same fluffy, fuzzy blond fruit vibes, with extra sprinkles of golden berries and white grape, but a heavier hit of peach and tutti frutti bubblegum, with subtle funky guava and jellied pomelo slices underneath. Mellow herbal twang, smooth and dreamy. 😋 💤
Like flying, but underwater. There has to be a word for that. 🐋
