Things change, evolve, grow, mutate - life is transformation. I turn 50 on Monday. I started Hookworm Records four years ago. Became a cyborg in there somewhere. I had no idea about the industry. I was part of a community, loved mix tapes and vinyl records. Hookworm never had a roster of bands; I had bands I invited to participate on a compilation. The only exception to that rule was Tucson's @birdsandarrows who I signed on when we did #ElectricBones. We are going to return to that model this year, and bring you more from Birds and Arrows. Perhaps.... we might even expand that roster. I've taken time. Reassed what worked. What didn't. And what I can commit to. I can always commit to A + P. Expect more great Tunes from Tucson this year.
