Last year, we launched our Sauerkraut & Mustard hot sauce — inspired by our Polish roots and the bold flavors we grew up with.

This sauce was featured on season 27 of Hot Ones, and while it may not have been the spiciest, it was my favorite sauce of the season. I’m so excited to feature it today!
If you love spicy mustard or spicy pickles, that’s exactly the vibe of this sauce. It has a medium heat level with a tangy kick from the mustard and pickled cabbage. It’s incredible on sandwiches, hot dogs, and burgers - but don’t stop there. It works on just about anything that could use a bright, acidic, pickled flavor. đźŚ
Made in Connecticut in small batches by a duo of brothers, @hookandarrow.co uses high-quality natural ingredients without preservatives or thickeners. This version contains jalapeños, green habanero pepper mash, sauerkraut, olive oil, dry mustard, crushed brown mustard seed, and habanero pepper powder.
If that sounds a little too spicy, they also make another version without the habanero.

If you like sweet heat and dark fruit, you’ll want to grab a bottle. There is both a mild and spicy version to choose from. On a separate note, they grabbed a first place Screaming Mimi for their spicy mustard & a 3rd place Louisiana style for their Cayenne Garlic.
