Sending it with the crue on the last day of 2023. What a way to end it. Here is to constant improvements in all aspects of life. Make this a time to reflect on the choices you have made in the last year. This is not the singular time for change, because life demands constant change. Any time. Keep the fire alive for the passions that call to you. Inline everything towards these dreams and intrest. The world desires us to be esthetically you doing the things we love. You will feel the pain and discomfort when something isn't serving you or something that needs your attention. Let's get to work 💪 @trail_slayer @bikeal_marnhill @macdanglers @calvinbrownn @rogueshow19 @jaredclark04 thanks to @vlaktheimpaler and @rogueshow19 for the sick sends at the end. And to the other builders making sick jumps #sendit #freeride #crue #rideordie #bikes #bigair @themurdercrue

Sending it with @carsonkrieg @macdanglers @bloodsweatandbuilds @calvinbrownn .. Both feet blew off the pedals and almost road it out. Braked tap slightly to much and need a stiffer coil. But going back in spring for redemption 🤘 and if your wondering just got bloody knuckles from this. Completely fine 👌

Another season and another huge lesson on what I allow. The belief I have to take on so much pressure to make money and that it's hard work to make money... Here is another layer breaking free and letting go of this in my life. Its going to flow without the need to take on so much stress. I for see more abundance coming without the stress. Its already here and I feel it.... This type of riding feels like complete freedom. Setting free into the unknown with just a feeling you will hold on. Every year I appreciate this wild ride more and more. Here is to doing what makes you feel free and happy. Much love 🤙

Wanted to make a fun longer line. When its a little less dry I see some other options on this line that could be added to make it spicy.

Epic day out with @theryanpoulterfootprint . Beyond pumped on stomping my first ever backflip on my first ever attempt. Wild experience. We quickly put the jump together and jokely said it would be cool to flip. Then just felt it and sent it... Show me how good life can get 🤙

Moments like this show the work is paying off. After some really bad injuries its been incredibly challenging to snowboard and tour. You learn to appreciate what you can do, but I am really happy that all the consistent work to rehab my feet has paid off. Only started to hurt after the sun went down, we had a huge day. Definitely could barely walk after but was able to enjoy the ride without it bugging me. In life we can easily take things for granted, tell it's all taken from you. In the journey to getting it back you appreciate life so much more. Don't let life become a thing that you say, "it's just because you're getting older." Or you blame some diagnosis. You can be full of life into old age. I still feel my body is getting stronger and more capable each year. Even though I had doctors tell me I probably wouldn't be able to do the same things anymore or that I had to live with crohns my whole life, etc. Or the other huge list of experiences I had to go through that created a lot of suffering, that I could have easily reached to substances to supress or manage.. I just never accepted them as my identity. I don't have ____ what ever diagnosis, i was just experiencing it. My true self isn't that. I rather believe it was just my body communicating with me and that we can heal from anything. We keep life to a minimum because it feels less scary and easy. There is a balance of getting out of your comfort zone and respecting your bodies wisdom when something isn't right. Many ways to live life, but I can assure you, its a lot better when you get after what your heart desires to experience. Don't keep it to minimum. 🤙

2025 was a year where riding and digging took a back seat to other experiences. These biking clips were pretty much from every ride. This year, I focused more on myself outside of biking. Multiple injuries brought me to a place where I wanted to truly understand who I am and what I really want to do. It was a year of trying different things and really going inward. I did a lot of shadow work—looking at the parts of myself that hold me back in life. It was also a year of challenging relationships that pushed me to grow immensely. A year of choosing to invest in brotherhood, to become the person I truly want to be. This year, I went on a solo trip and genuinely enjoyed it. I got to try surfing, which I absolutely loved, and it really helped cultivate a deeper relationship with myself. The biggest milestone this year was starting my health coaching business, which I hope will grow in the new year—planting the seed for what’s to come. Going into the new year, I feel driven to return to training my physical body for life, to try more new experiences, to travel somewhere new on my own, to snowboard far more this winter than in previous years, and to surf again. I want to better balance adventure with riding and digging—and most importantly, continue working toward my dream of helping people find freedom in their bodies. Every year seems to create a new version of yourself. I hope each version brings you closer to your true self. I also hope to meet more incredible people along the way.
