Jason and Karolina are the bakers behind these small-batch cinnamon buns, and they’re quickly becoming a local favourite. They pop up at markets around Nottingham (& in other cities) and also supply a handful of independent coffee shops, so keep an eye out next time you’re grabbing a coffee ☕️

All were absolutely delishhh, our favourite was the Biscoff caramel 🤤 which was super gooey and naughty.

This is @brokenricenotts in West Bridgford, and honestly this broth changed my life a little bit ngl. This hidden gem is one of the most authentic Vietnamese meals I’ve had in Nottingham, the flavours were so rich and seriously comforting.
What we ordered:

Let me tell you… we were blown away. The starters alone were unreal, especially the salt & pepper prawns with that insane dipping sauce. And the broth was bold, spicy, and full of depth… I’m obsessed 🤤
