Today is #MMIW (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women) Awareness day.
Indigenous women are disproportionately represented in murder/missing persons cases, and are 2.5x more likely to be raped than other demographics.
They are more than just statistics- each one of them is a precious universe. Remember their names and demand justice.

My attempt at the Frieren Angle. I love this art challenge and how itās encouraged people to get out of their comfort zone with drawing. As an artist, you try and fail over and over and thatās how you learn. This is a humbling angle š

Here is the art for the alternate cover version of Love is a War song (written by @danica_nava ) done for Illumicrate/Afterlight books! I illustrated the hardcover and the jacket. It was fun to revisit these characters and draw more of the ranch landscape.

Being able to illustrate books was always a dream of mine. Having it come true was crazy! My first book was a childrenās book called Rez the Dog back in 2020 and now, five years later, Iāve been able to work with authors to help bring their stories to life. Thank you everyone who believed in me, was flexible with my crazy chemistry work schedule, and the friends who have been my models, biggest supporters and sounding boards.
Even now I still canāt believe it - donāt give up on your dreams! šš
