The end of an era at Holos— Beginning October 1st, we will be adjusting our hours to the following: (M-F) 7AM - 6PM (SAT) 8AM - 6PM (SUN) CLOSED We have made this decision as a team as it has become increasingly clear to us over time that operating on Sundays has become a hindrance to our pursuit of work and rest in our own personal lives. We are sad to deliver this news and apologetic as we consider how Holos has become a part of many of your Sunday rhythms. That being said, all things considered, we trust in this decision because we really believe in the message behind Holos and want our own lives to be consistent with this message. We are confident that this change will ultimately allow us to better serve you every other day of the week 😊🤎 
Along with this change, we are extending our weekday hours by an hour, closing at 6pm daily. (beginning Monday, 10/2) Thank you for your understanding! Frankly, we hesitated to bring this drink back because it is quite a laborious process for us to make, requiring a lot of time and energy. We use real Lotus Biscoff cookie butter spread and crumbles, and make our biscoff cream in house every day with these ingredients. However, because so many of you love it and have been waiting for it to return, we have decided to bring it back this season and have found new ways to make the process more efficient so that we can keep up with the demand while still maintaining our focus and attention in making great coffee and serving each of you. We are definitely really proud of this drink, and hope we can share it with more of you this fall! Introducing our latest partner roaster— Passenger Coffee, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has a thoughtful selection of exceptional coffees from around the world that they source from their long-term, farmer-focused partnerships. Their commitment to roast consistency and greater transparency (especially in publishing the prices they pay for the green beans each year) paired with the great variety of coffees they are able to offer year round through their preservation practices makes them stand out, and we are so excited to present their coffees to you. We will be using Passenger on rotation for our single origin espresso and pour over options. On pour over currently is a Washed Gesha from Montecarlos, El Salvador!
