Reflecting on my time in Bali. I miss doing yoga on the beach, wearing bikinis and adventuring with pals.
These 2 months set the tone and helped bring me into alignment for this year (watch this space for more yoga news soon.)

Bali 2025 🌸
As ever my reflections on this trip have taken some time to sink in. The decision to take a momentary step back from my career and fly to Bali for 2 months was admittedly a little daunting. In an industry that is always asking what’s next and where hustle culture is the norm, I wanted to prioritise myself in a different way.
I wanted to slow down, get comfortable with the unknown, learn new things about myself, find joy in new adventures and spend as much time as humanly possible surrounded by trees and/or in the ocean (the jellyfish kind of had other ideas on that one 🪼)
During my trip I completed my 200hr YTT with @allyogatraining and then my Yin TT with @saltyprana 🕉️ Huge thanks to the incredible teachers who passed on their wisdom and experience and to all my teachers back in London who have helped shape my relationship with yoga over the last 4 years. At the risk of sounding melodramatic yoga has impacted my whole life, my relationship with my body, how I view myself and others, how I interact with the world, my thoughts, my emotions, my relationships, my career and it continues to do so on a daily basis. I’m excited to figure out how I’m going to share that feeling with others.
I had a lot of solo time but I also met a lot of fantastic people and had some crazy and beautiful moments. To every person that made this trip unique and special, I’m very grateful we crossed paths 🫶
It’s odd to say that I feel most myself and most at home when I’m hopping around the other side of the globe, and the privilege and opportunity to experience new places in this way is not lost on me. I’m proud of the person I’m becoming, one adventure at a time 🌎

The Japan Archives 🎌
Over a month since the end of my Japan adventures and I’m clearly still not ready to move on. I cried three times on the plane leaving. If anyone knows how to make okonomiyaki or maze soba please be my friend xox

Sometimes you have those contracts that remind you why you chose this career and why you love theatre…This was one of those jobs 🙏 Watching the talent of this company every day and getting to jump into both Maggie and Kristine was a privilege. To my fellow covers/swings, what an incredible group of cheerleaders, how special to be in a group that celebrated each others wins in the way we did, and to our friends on the line thank you for lifting us up and carrying us through 🫶

Japan Diaries pt.1 🇯🇵
I’m not entirely sure how to summarise my experience in Japan. It has been two of the most fulfilling months of my life. From the first night in Tokyo I felt completely at home and I have loved every moment since, I’ve tried to be as present and spontaneous as possible (so I’m sorry for the lack of content 🙃)
To the people I’ve met this contract, the experiences I’ve had… the sake I have drunk…. I’m overwhelmed, grateful, humbled and happy 🫶

Mean Girls 2024/25
It’s taken a little second to ground and reflect on this contract but here is a selection of the wonderful people and crazy things the last year has brought me 🫶
Mean Girls was a joyous show, we had a lot of fun and silliness but admittedly at times this contract was tough. I’m proud of the whole company, on stage and off, for what we achieved and have to acknowledge the immense physical and mental graft we all put in day in and day out (especially on our 5 show weekends!)
I feel privileged to have covered two leads in a show like this, both brilliant and different characters that brought up challenges for me as a performer and as a person. I’m grateful to the lessons learnt along the way and to the new perspectives found both creatively and personally 🙏
I met some pretty fantastic humans and have some brilliant memories and friendships that I will treasure. A year of growth, challenge, patience, creativity, laughter, tears and a whole lot of pink 💅💋🎀💖

Change is coming, change is good 🙏 I’m about to step in to the last week of a very special contract, so I found myself having a little reflect over the last few months. Morocco April 2025 🇲🇦 with one of my oldest and closest friends @conniewalsh . Con and I haven’t been on a trip together since interrailing Europe age 17! Safe to say we made up for lost time, this was such an incredibly special and rewarding trip. We started out at the coast surfing, hiking, exploring sand dunes and fishing towns. Thank you to @anzasurfhousee for such a relaxing stay. Then we headed to Marrakesh for all its hustle and bustle. Morocco is vibrant and friendly, it has delicious food, great wine, beautiful landscapes and architecture, the country’s culture and history is full and enriching and the people are so warm and welcoming. More memories for a lifetime, love ya @conniewalsh 🇲🇦☕️🐫🌊🏄🌅
