it’s always best supported through your diet first — things like spinach, kale, avocado 🥑 pumpkin seeds, almonds and even dark chocolate 🍫 are great sources 🌿
i’ll sometimes use a tallow-based magnesium balm from @fiercenatureuk on the feet during treatments — especially when you’re needing that little bit more depth, helping the body relax more fully🧘🏻♀️
it’s a simple addition, but it really helps you feel more settled afterwards 🤍
such a lovely little ritual too, especially in the evening before bed 🌙
