Gestern durfte ich im @cafeducycliste_munich Laden eines meiner Lieblingsprojekte aus 2025 zeigen. Eine Alpenüberquerung mit meinem Kumpel @ralmann - gefilmt von @holgerthalmann 💪
Obwohl den Film auf YouTube jetzt 75.000 Leute gesehen haben ist es nochmal ganz ein anderes Gefühl, das Ganze vor 40 Leuten im echten Leben zu zeigen 😅
Ich war erst Mega aufgeregt hab dann aber nach den ersten Gesprächen gemerkt, dass es gar nicht so sehr um den Film geht 😁
Es ging vor allem drum, Gleichgesinnte kennenzulernen, Freunde zu treffen und sich in ungezwungenem Rahmen zu begegnen. So gut, dass München dieses neue „Vereinsheim“ hat in dem diese Begegnungen stattfinden 🙏
Wir machen da noch mehr! Wer auch Bock auf echte Begegnungen und nette Leute hat, kann gern beim nächsten Community Ride mitfahren 🚀

Earlier in the summer, @felixtestetbikes and @ralmann took a pair of our Scrambler GT II bikes on an epic adventure over the Alps. If you haven’t seen the film, it will be screening this Saturday at noon at @bespoked.cc in Dresden.
Of course, behind every great film is a talented filmmaker. And beneath filmmaker @holgerthalmann on this project was one of our e-bikes: Divide.
“The bike was perfect for this adventure. I liked the dropper seat post, which made it easy to get low-angle shots with the gimbal. I also appreciated that the dropper had suspension—it really helped smooth out the ride during filming.
What I got used to very quickly was the auto-shift of the Pinion motor. It allowed me to focus entirely on filming and taking in the surroundings, without having to think about changing gears.
To keep up the pace on flat sections, I used my aero bars, which were especially helpful on the stretch between Reschensee and Meran, where speeds often reached 30 km/h.
On climbs, the bike gave me enough support to get ahead, giving me time to stop and get my camera or drone ready to capture the guys as they passed by.
With all the heavy luggage, I was really glad to have front suspension for the rougher trails. The 2.6” Vittoria tires held up impressively—no flats, even with a total load of over 130 kg.
The dual battery setup was great for long-distance riding. I only ran out of power on the third day, and charging both batteries overnight was super easy and hassle-free.”

Abends fotografierte ich ein Fashion-Event und wusste, dass der nächste Tag früh beginnen würde. Um 6 Uhr machte ich mich auf den Weg, um die vierstündige Fahrt zum F.A.T. Mankai auf der Großglockner Hochstraße anzutreten. Trotz des schlechten Wetters war die Vorfreude groß, denn ich hatte ein spannendes Treffen mit @susievondenstemmen , um für @businesspunkmag eine Titelstory von Ferdinand Porsche zu fotografieren.
Nach zwei Stunden der Fotosession besserte sich das Wetter. Ich trat nach draußen und war sofort von der gewaltigen Kulisse fasziniert. Ich nutzte die Gelegenheit, um noch einige Außenaufnahmen zu machen, während sportliche Autos an mir vorbeifuhren. Mit diesen beeindruckenden Eindrücken und lebendigen Bildern im Kopf trat ich schließlich die Rückreise an.

In the evening, I photographed a fashion event, knowing that the following day would start early. At 6 a.m., I set off for the four-hour drive to F.A.T. Mankai on the Großglockner High Alpine Road. Despite the bad weather, I was excited, as I had an interesting meeting with @susievondenstemmen to photograph a Cover story for @businesspunkmag about Ferdinand Porsche’s future plans.
After two hours of the photoshoot, the weather improved. I stepped outside and was immediately captivated by the stunning scenery. I took the opportunity to capture a few outdoor shots while sporty cars zoomed past me. With these impressive impressions and vivid images in my mind, I began the journey back.

I had the pleasure of accompanying Claudia and her family on their winter camping trip through South Tyrol for the current issue of Merian Magazine (theme: „Winter Happiness“). Traveling in their Hymer camper, they explored the wintery mountain landscape, experiencing the region’s tranquility and beauty while enjoying the unique feeling of discovering snowy peaks and valleys on their own. The family shared their experiences and impressions from the trip, which was shaped by the flexibility and independence of camping, as well as the coziness and adventure that a winter holiday in the Alps brings. Their journey was a mix of outdoor activities and relaxation, set against a picturesque, snow-covered winter world.
Ich durfte Claudia und ihre Familie für die aktuelle Ausgabe des Merian Magazins (Thema: „Winterglück“) auf ihrem Wintercamping-Trip durch Südtirol begleiten. Mit ihrem Hymer-Camper erkundeten sie die winterliche Berglandschaft, erlebten die Ruhe und Schönheit der Region und genossen das ganz besondere Gefühl, die winterlichen Gipfel und verschneiten Täler auf eigene Faust zu entdecken. Die Familie teilte ihre Erlebnisse und Eindrücke von der Reise, die vor allem durch die Flexibilität und Unabhängigkeit des Campings geprägt war, aber auch durch die Gemütlichkeit und das Abenteuer, das ein Winterurlaub in den Alpen mit sich bringt.
