Where new opportunities begin.
In Goma, at the House of Hope, the educational tailoring workshop has come to an end, but the change has only just begun. Its deepest value lies not only in the skills acquired, but in the stories, the faces, and the perspectives of those who have taken part in this journey. Every experience becomes awareness, every learned gesture turns into a concrete opportunity.
The Future In Hand project, supported by HModa in collaboration with @caritaschildren and GRAM, leaves a lasting impact on the territory, communities, and families. A seed that continues to grow, generating autonomy, dignity, and opportunity.

In 2025, Manrico became part of the HModa Group, bringing with it a deep expertise and refined artisanal technology know-how in high-end Cashmere.
Founded in 1992 by Manrico Calzoni and headquartered in Perugia, Manrico is an Italian company specialized in cashmere garments, blending artisanal tradition with innovative research. Since 1993, it has developed advanced techniques to preserve the exceptional natural qualities of this unique fiber. Sourced from the Alashan region in Inner Mongolia, the finest white cashmere – ultra-fine 13 microns – is carefully selected and gently combed, with full respect for animal welfare. Branded as Supercashmere, this exclusive material defines all products. With a fully vertical process – from fiber to finished garment – Manrico guarantees traceability, quality, and sustainability, achieving outstanding lightness, elasticity, and durability.
Today, Manrico adds a distinctive specialization to HModa’s ecosystem of companies, further enriching the Group’s offering. HModa’s vision is to support and enhance the excellence of each company within the Group, fostering growth while promoting their unique craftsmanship and savoir-faire.

This past week, 2nd-year students in the MSc in International Fashion & Luxury Management at the IFM – Institut Français de la Mode took part in a study trip in Tuscany as part of an educational project developed together with Accademia HModa.
The programme included immersive visits to two HModa Group companies, Beste and GAB, offering students first-hand experience of the luxury production supply chain.
During the two days at Beste, students visited two production sites, gaining insight into the heart of the manufacturing process: from raw material analysis and weaving — with a focus on both historical and modern looms — to understanding fabric creativity development and industrial management. The experience was completed with a visit to the BesteHUB and the garment division, as well as a focus on the Be-redo™ project, a concrete example of a sustainability-driven approach.
The visit to GAB gave students the opportunity to engage directly with the company’s management through sessions dedicated to the organizational model, sustainability, and innovative projects such as MetaSfera, alternating classroom moments with tours of the production spaces.
This initiative is part of a long-standing collaboration between Accademia HModa, HModa, and IFM, which over the years has led to several educational projects aimed at bringing the academic and industrial worlds closer together and training the luxury professionals of tomorrow.
A sincere thank you to all the students, professors, and colleagues involved for making this valuable experience of exchange and shared growth possible.

Enhancing excellence in manufacturing know-how means bringing together diverse and complementary skills.
Founded in the 1960s in the Marche district, @valmor__srl produces footwear — particularly sneakers with Strobel construction — combining artisanal craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding production capabilities.
In 2025, through the HModa Group, Valmor acquired the heritage of Mirial, a historic company founded in 1950 and specialized in the production of slippers and unstructured loafers.
A distinctive feature of Mirial is the “Fondo America” construction: an artisanal technique based on a single seam used to assemble the entire shoe. The upper is folded multiple times to incorporate the internal components, creating an extremely soft and flexible structure, free of rigid elements and entirely finished by hand. This process fully expresses the tradition, precision, and excellence of Italian manufacturing know-how, passed down through generations.
Today, the integration between Valmor and Mirial makes it possible to combine different yet complementary expertise: on one side, sneaker production; on the other, a well-established tradition in unstructured constructions.
Within HModa, this dialogue between skills enables the development of diverse products, while keeping the quality of processes and products — as well as the continuity of a rich manufacturing heritage — at its core.

Last week, HModa’s President and CEO, Claudio Rovere, took part in the SMI Roundtables & Exhibition, contributing to the international dialogue on the sustainable future of the fashion supply chain.
During the plenary session “Giorgio Armani: A Case Study,” moderated by Federico Marchetti, Claudio Rovere spoke alongside Giuseppe Marsocci and Marc Palahí to discuss the opportunities linked to the development of increasingly sustainable and transparent textile supply chains, presenting an innovative regenerative agriculture project.
The work of the SMI Fashion Task Force—of which HModa is a member—demonstrates how collaboration and innovation can drive the development of scalable models capable of generating tangible benefits across the entire value chain: more resilient and transparent supply chains, a more balanced distribution of value, and greater environmental responsibility.
During the initiative, Claudio Rovere also had the honour of meeting King Charles III at Buckingham Palace, where, together with the Fashion Task Force delegation, he presented to His Majesty the progress of the work on developing a regenerative fashion model, led by Federico Marchetti.
For HModa, participating in these international forums means contributing to the development of a shared vision for the future of the sector—one in which innovation, responsibility, and supply chain excellence are key drivers of fashion’s evolution.

Digital 3D Prototyping- HModa MetaSfera Innovation Division
The MetaSfera Innovation Division of the HModa Group offers a digital prototyping service that enables the development and visualization of highly accurate 3D models for apparel, footwear, and leather goods. The software allows real time modifications and
the creation of multiple variations, reducing time, costs, and waste while making the transition from concept to physical prototype more efficient.
Among the projects developed, the “Midi Dress with Lego-Effect Bodice”, part of the co-LAB collection, offers a contemporary reinterpretation of material experimentation and sartorial craftsmanship, emphasizing the interplay between fabric and leather through a three-dimensional construction.
This project demonstrates how the Group’s digital prototyping capabilities enable designers to define shapes, volumes, and details from the earliest stages, optimizing the final outcome and transforming the design phase into a space for advanced experimentation.

The project with @ifmparis began with workshops organized by @accademia_hmoda at HModa 126, where HModa Group companies @rbs.1979 , @alexecosrl and @rilievigroup shared their expertise with the designers of tomorrow, contributing to the development and production of the garments presented on the runway.
Accademia HModa coordinated the project from the initial workshops to the final runway. The HModa Group three companies RBS, Alex&Co and Rilievi supported @ifmfashionma students in developing highly creative and technically complex garments. From the first ideas to the finished pieces, this collaboration transformed experimental concepts into tangible creations, highlighting the dialogue between education and industry.
Special thanks to the IFM students for their creativity and dedication, to the companies RBS, Alex&Co and Rilievi and collaborators of HModa for their support, to Accademia HModa for coordinating the project, and to Institut Français de la Mode for involving us in this journey for the fourth consecutive year. Congratulations to all the students for this incredible achievement!

The second HIVE Manifesto continues to tell the story of our shared journey — a narrative shaped by growth, new beginnings, strengthened relationships, and projects that give tangible form to our vision.
Once again, the HIVE Manifesto brings together the most significant milestones of the Group and makes them visible in every company, reinforcing our sense of belonging and collective identity.
In recent months, HModa has expanded its perimeter and deepened its roots.
We have welcomed new companies into the Group, strengthened our production structure through further internalisation processes, and inaugurated new spaces — including our French headquarters in Aubervilliers — designed to foster connection, creativity, and international dialogue.
Training has remained at the core of our commitment, while sustainability and responsibility have guided our actions, marked by the publication of our fourth Sustainability Report and by initiatives that strengthen transparency and ethics across our supply chains, such as the ITACO Experience.
We have celebrated the synergy among the Group’s companies through projects such as co-LAB 19, while continuing to build relationships through events, conferences, and moments of dialogue with partners and institutions around the world.
The HIVE Manifesto remains a living symbol of who we are:
a Group that grows through collaboration, values every contribution, and believes that strength lies in unity.
Reflecting on these achievements allows us not only to recognize what we have accomplished, but also to move forward with even greater awareness and shared ambition.

Where the future takes shape. At the House of Hope, among threads, fabrics, and patient gestures, learning turns into creation. Skirts, shirts, tunics and children’s garments emerge from shared models, yet each piece bears the mark of the person who made it. Fabric becomes a language: pagne and poplin embody African identity, shaped by graphic motifs, vibrant colors, and symbolic weaves With The Future In Hand, supported by HModa in collaboration with @caritaschildren and GRAM, training becomes a profession and craftsmanship becomes independence.
