making this two piece set out of a thrifted Arizona scarf and a old Spencer project parachute pants , I was trying to channel a very natural feel, hence why there is not a single straight seam in this entire set. I wanted the patchwork to just fall and flow all around my body, and end of dripping down into these black fringe like vines falling off trees

Reworking this beautiful sari fabric into a pair of balloon pants has been my favourite sewing project so far - I made a pair two years ago but wasnโt too happy with it, so finally had the time to make the original vision
Iโve made a bunch of oversized baggy pants before but this was the cleanest iteration yet pretty happy with myself for not rushing through this one this time haha

Masters of Architecture - A long chapter ends
Many years ago I started my journey in architecture with one goal in mind - to be the best architecture student there was. But as I nearly flunked and dropped out of first year, I went down a crazy journey that brought me the bestest friends I could ever ask for, the best and worse life experiences, plenty of fails but also so many many amazing wins. I think over the years Iโve proven to myself that I wasnโt just trying to be the best architecture student. I was trying to be the best version of myself, in other facets of my life apart from just academics. Itโs been a very fulfilling chapter, but Iโm ready for the next one, โ๏ธ
We gonna keep pushing, thank you everyone Iโve been blessed to have in my life these last few years, I couldnโt do it without you all ๐ฅน๐ซถ๐ผ

Life is more fun when you try random side quests. This day I decided to join an Art Battle COMPLETELY randomly and banking on being chosen as a wildcard. I even brought my paint set as a positive manifestation. And by some miracle I did get picked. Painting was scary fast and thrilling. I didnโt make it to the second round this time. But I managed to get invited to the next art battle happening next week at Parnell. I plan to be more artistically prepared this time. I do hope to do better. And FINGERS crossed I make it. This really rekindled my painting love. And I love that art battle has the winnings go to the artist. Wish me luck for the next one! Also do come join and watch us painting. Free will is such a fun thing and why not watch or join an art battle just CAUSE ;)
