‼️ LOOKING FOR HELPERS AT BISTROFEST ‼️
Jason and I started a project last year at Hog's back and we had two amazing days running this Free Outdoor Local Concerts series. The turn out was outstanding both times and we were so pleased to have achieved our goal, to present local music to a public that usually wouldn't have discovered it.
This year we decided to ramp things up.
8 dates, 24 bands!
We are so excited to publish the line up, we will be revealing our Headliners this Thursday, March 12.
Jason and I are not making money yet, and although the event is free, we work hard at getting donations to pay the musicians that play that day. We're working on some BistroFest merch to make it sustainable for us in the future and to make the event even more memorable, but the sheer exposure, experience and feeling of accomplishment is worth our while ❤️
We are looking for 2 volunteer helpers to help us this year, be part of the behind-the-scene, gain some valuable experience in event organisation, live sound engineering, meet local bands and expand your network, and also have a genuinely good time with me and Jason.
