I want to, first of all, say a huge thank you to the Kaley family for giving us the opportunity to help bring their dreams to life and be a major part of this project! We got the truck the end of August ‘25 and started by getting the front end sitting down where it belonged with an axle and our air ride system as well as started tear down for the paint shop. Two days into it, with the rust situation under the old fifth wheel slider, they decided we should do a cutoff. We found a 2017 AG400L cutoff that was in excellent shape. We brought it back and did all new wheel seals and stripped all the plumbing off of it and got it welded up and replumbed from the cab back with all new brake valves and plumbing. The driver’s side door was bad shape as well so we ended up getting a good used one to swap it out with. Next we found a good used, already replaneled sleeper that needed all the interior structure. We swapped all that over from the old bunk and reworked the closet and shelving a little to make it work for what they wanted. We got a new Jones Performance hood for it, then sent it off to
@gordonspaintinganddetailing where they helped us out with all the paint and body work on the truck. After paint we brought it back to start assembling it.
@12gacustoms_truck_lowrider hooked us up with all new step boxes, mirror brackets, visor, grille screen, and 7 grille bars. We put new fuel tanks on from
@alumitankusa along with 6” stainless straps. We did a full
@lincolnchromeusa exhaust system as well as a blind mount, mitered end 20” bumper. We fabbed up the half fender brackets and tied that all together with a set of 80”
@hogebuilt half fenders.
@717fabshop did the stainless work for us like the deck plate, cab and sleeper skirting, rear center panel, and mudflap hangers.
@sparetimefab did a killer job for us on a full interior and sound system. 717 Shine Shop did alot of polishing for us as well as
@truksudz.n.shine .
@horstsigns_wrapsgraphics wrapped it all up with a stripe design, drawn up by
