Hello,
I'm Bryanna and I manage some of the most valuable assets in the Illawarra.
People's homes.
I've recently joined the team at @hodderborg here in Wollongong and Kiama, but I'm not new to this - I've been in property management since 2014.
Leasing, inspections, maintenance, tricky negotiations, and knowing exactly what to do before a small problem becomes an expensive one.
I got into this industry young, and after more than ten years I can honestly say it's what I'm meant to do.
I understand compliance and regulations thoroughly, I understand what drives strong returns for landlords, and I know what makes a rental property actually work for tenants. That's the difference experience makes.
I bring a lot of energy to an industry that can sometimes feel very beige.
I'm not here to give you the runaround or talk in jargon. I'm here to manage your property properly and to show you what that actually looks like.
