Heaps of appreciation for the four gorgeous dancers I had the pleasure of working with in the creation of “Staves”, a piece I’ve created for International Draftworks at the Royal Opera House this week. 🎶
Thanks to @kevinpoeung for a creation full of laughs, @dvfilippo for bringing the piece to life, and @noahbenziedrayton for stepping in and learning it just a couple days before we headed to London! Last but certainly not least, thank you to @archie_sherman , who was there with me through all three cast changes, being an absolute star and a rock for me!
Can’t wait to meet the collection of international choreographers and dancers, and absorb all I can from this experience!

This summer was so full of celebration, family and things that made me happy that it’s coming to you in several (delayed) parts 💕
22/06/25 Showering the beautiful bride, my sister @njelehan , with love before the big day. It was wholesome, it was hot (very!), and it was the perfect start to my time at home.
Back in 2010, I spent months pouring over the newspaper advertisements for “Kittens for Sale” waiting to find the perfect moment to pitch it to my parents.
To our absolute delight, in time we got Piper. The most perfect, sassy, affectionate, and full of personality cat I could have hoped for.
She kept us on our toes; she got stuck in our neighbours raccoon trap, would follow us as we walked to school and would have to be shooed home, and caused many a neighbour to knock on our door to tell us she was in their tree. She always wanted to be where her people were, and she would follow us around the house and into the garden and upstairs when it was bedtime. Every night she would lay sprawled next to my mom in my parent’s bed and then follow me into my room to sleep on top of me.
She was well-loved by all the grandkids who accidentally named her “Piper-Tac” - which stuck - when letters were still a confusing challenge for them.
It doesn’t seem fair our pets stay such a short time in our lives, but she’s getting her cuddles from mom now ❤️
