Sunday evening was a life highlight! Can’t express enough how grateful I am to have had this opportunity. As soon as I was asked if I was available to play the show I said yes and then immediately wondered if I was the right fit. I know that’s not a cute thing to admit but I really wanted to put on a show that felt worth doing. It’s hard to get better at things if you’re not being pushed to do bigger/scarier things and I’m really thankful for @hfxjazzfest for giving me that chance. So thank you so much to the entire @hfxjazzfest team for having us and being so accommodating and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be a part of a week of incredible music.
Thanks to my band!! You put in so much time and energy and you were nice and fun the whole time even though you all had a hundred other things going on. No amount of Diet Coke could express my love for you all! @shhhhhvaughn@beardyholly@alexandermeade@billy___________iii

Truro!! I’m returning to my favourite venue, the @marigoldcentre to play a whole evening of songs for you on Monday June 2nd! I’m bringing @richaucoin with me for the first set and then I’ll be solo for the second set. Going to play some old songs, some new songs, some songs that have never seen the light of day. It’s going to be like a song circle except just me. A song line. A song dot.

A week from today @mathughesicmusic is playing at @thestagestandrews for his EP release show and I have the pleasure of playing an opening set. On their beautiful grand piano! I’m excited to play you some songs you haven’t heard before but mostly I’m excited to see Mat and his band.
Mat is an incredible songwriter, I don’t really know anyone writing songs like his. If you haven’t listened to South-Facing Dumpster yet, you should go do that. And then you should go buy tickets for this show because it’s going to be very special. See you there!

Seeing her show in 2018 altered my brain chemistry. It raised my standards for live performance and completely changed the way I dream about and execute my own art. It’s an incredible honour to be sharing a stage this time around.
This will be the biggest show we’ve played as a band and I can’t wait to put some new things together for you all!!
