My postpartum life has been different than what I expected but when I take a step back and look at who I have, I thank God.
It’s easy to fall into the bad moods and let the days drag but that’s when you find the strength God has given. Aubrielle got her name from conception being a test of faith but has shown to be something I leaned into. Brielle meaning God is my strength and that has been true. Everything I have, everyone I have is a blessing that pushes me through. My husband and these kids push me through.

God gave me one of my greatest gifts 6 years ago (+8 months baking). I never knew what was on my path but I’m so thankful to have had you when I did. I can’t wait to share the stories when my Isabella gets older so she knows just how much she’s helped me get through so many obstacles. I love you more than life itself. I’ll never get tired of saying how much I love you. 9 years ago, we got married. Didn’t think twice about it. I knew God made you just for me. The faces we’d get when someone would find out we were married at 21. They clearly didn’t know us.
I have had you help me through so many phases in my life. Never once did you look at me different as I tried to find myself and what it is that brings me joy. I’ve had you by my side through my highest and lowest points in life. You’ve always poured into me and supported whatever it is I’ve brought your way. Truly my best friend first. Watching their sisterhood and friendship first hand has been the sweetest thing. They argue like little butts, yet they still can’t get enough of each other. Always inseparable. I wish time would stop so I can enjoy them this small a little longer but watching them grow makes my heart so happy.
Crazy to think how two kids fell in love and now live their lives to make what they created from love, aka our minis, happy…
I may have my days where I feel defeated by so many things but one thing for sure that will bring me back is this family we created. God made sure that I had something physical to really see how much he loves me. These kids, my husband.. I’m living in answered prayers. Literally my everything.
