Hosting a ceremony at the iconic @philamuseum meant that every detail had to shine, and creating a jaw-dropping moment was non-negotiable for our team. Not only did we bring our clients’ vision to life with an 80-foot shawl draping the Rocky Steps, catered to nearly 300 influential guests, and showcased memories through an LED mobile billboard, but we are also incredible honored to have been featured in @voguemagazine , @vogueweddings , @madamenoire , and more! HiTouch was proud to produce the 4th Annual Black Maternal Health & Neonatal Equity Conference hosted by @onceapreemie , an event that brought together healthcare professionals, advocates, and parents from across the country for two days of meaningful connection, learning, and change. We kicked things off with the Pre-Conference Mixer, a high-energy fundraiser designed to set the tone for the impactful conversations ahead. Guests were welcomed into a space of community, featuring live music from the @trumpetchics , curated activation stations, a mystery wine pull, live and silent auctions, all in support of advancing equity for Black birthing and preemie families. From creative conception to run-of-show execution, our team handled every detail to ensure the experience felt personal. From sourcing the venue held at the @aampmuseum and curating activation stations to managing vendor logistics, timeline flow, and guest experience, every element was designed with care and intention. HiTouch was honored to deliver an event that didn’t just raise funds, but raised the standard for how purpose-driven convenings can feel. We worked alongside the event planning committee to manage key details behind the scenes.
