There is only ONE WEEK left to submit in drawings to the Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival Student Design Contest! Now until May 8th, students ages 8-14 can bring their art to life by submitting a drawing of a horse to celebrate Lunar New Year: Year of the Horse.
