Ever seen a business partnership fall apart? In cannabis, it happens a lot. On the newest episode of The #Cannabis #Business #Coach #Podcast, I sat down with Bethany Niebauer, Founder of Axial Resolutions, to talk about why so many cannabis businesses struggle with business divorces—and how mediation can help. We got into: 🔹 Why the cannabis industry is so relationship-driven 🔹 How regulations and money pressures fuel conflict 🔹 The cost of litigation (and why mediation is a smarter move) 🔹 What businesses can do to mitigate conflicts before problems arise Bethany’s work is fascinating, and her insights are worth hearing—especially if you're building something in this space with partners.
