Totally honoured to have contributed a remix to this unbelievably good collection of new versions of @bpmoore_ ’s What Remains of Us album. I’ve loved and connected with Ben’s wonderful music for such a long time so was thrilled when he asked me to be involved in the project. I took one of my favourite pieces from the album, All That You Can Be, featuring beautiful vocals from @chiaradubey and turned it into something very different! The album is very special indeed and the whole process was a joy to be involved with - do have a listen 🥰

Quite honestly I consider it a minor miracle whenever anyone who’s not related to me or otherwise contractually obliged listens to my music - so I’m absolutely thrilled and, frankly, staggered that two years after its release, this weird little tune of mine called Sparkler Dims just hit a million streams 🤯 Yes! it’s just a number and yes! I know we’re all overly and unhealthily obsessed with metrics and ridiculous measures of ‘success’ (not to mention the hideously pitiful and unjust financial and political aspects to all this 😔) - but also yes! I know for a fact (from wonderful messages received and lasting connections formed) that there is genuine emotional engagement happening here with what I’ve created from my heart and soul, and for that I’m amazed and thankful and very happy 😊 Also - YES! I’m midway through making a new album and am overly and unhealthily and ridiculously excited about how it’s turning out so far. More soon! Artwork by @snowskull

Happy 1st birthday to my album The Available Light! 🥳 I’m still so proud of this album and all it became after pouring my heart and soul into it for at least two years! And thank you to all my wonderful collaborators who helped me make the music I always knew I could and for making the experience so special and memorable 🥰 To celebrate, I’m dropping the price of the album on vinyl to half price - a mere £10 gets you a beautiful limited edition 180g transparent vinyl record of the album. Tomorrow sees the release of the fourth and final track from my ‘The Available Light’ Reworks project: Dizygotic II - BPMoore Rework I vividly remember coming across Ben Moore’s @bpmoore_ music for the first time on Instagram and it was one of those rare, stop-whatever-you’re-doing-and-just-listen musical moments - I was blown away by the originality, beauty, emotion and flow… it was music that simultaneously felt like it referenced many of the same influences and musical passions that I have whilst also sounding utterly new. That track was Hold Your Own from his extraordinary second album If I Don’t See You Again and there started a love affair with his deeply heartfelt, meticulously constructed, thoughtful, affecting music which was only made stronger by the release of his most recent album What Remains Of Us. If you don’t already know his music, you have a treat in store - you could start with All That You Can Be from that latest album and go from there! I was thrilled when Ben said yes to reworking a track from my album, and he has worked his musical magic on Dizygotic II, a piece originally for string quintet, and turned it into something cinematic, dramatic, and very beautiful.
