Our roots run deep at the Skowhegan State Fair, just like the excitement of today's pace racing! 🐎💨 These fantastic vintage photos show our founder, Walter H. Hight, actively participating in the fair's harness racing events back in the day. Walter can be seen top left riding an elephant at the Skowhegan Fair back in 1928! Another photos shows him training his sulkie! It's amazing to see this tradition continue! 🙌
