Teachers are one of the most essential pillars of a school community, playing a vital role in shaping a meaningful learning environment for every student.
Each teacher brings a unique journey and valuable contribution to our school community. Some have only recently joined us, bringing fresh perspectives and new energy, while others have devoted decades of their lives to educating, mentoring, and guiding generations of future leaders.
Through their dedication and unwavering commitment, they continue to shape not only academic growth, but also the character and values that our students carry into the future.
As students reach Grade 12, completing a Student Thesis becomes an important milestone in their academic journey. The thesis project offers students an opportunity to explore their interests, develop critical thinking skills, and contribute ideas that reflect their perspectives on today’s world.
This year, we were truly impressed by the remarkable range of thesis topics presented—each demonstrating intellectual curiosity and thoughtful research. From social issue, law, to community-based studies, every project highlighted not only the diversity of ideas, but also the dedication, passion, and academic quality behind each student’s work.
Look forward to part 2!
Our approach to language learning is rooted in balance, enabling students to develop strong English skills for navigating the global stage, while ensuring Bahasa Indonesia remains firmly established as their mother tongue.

For over 30 years, formerly known as Sekolah HighScope Indonesia, we have pioneered active learning in Indonesia, continuously evolving from early childhood education into a comprehensive K–12 system.
EST School represents more than a name change; it is a renewed commitment. Our Research & Development department uses real-life data and evidence to guide decision-making and enhance student learning outcomes. The school serves as a laboratory of life, where learning mirrors how the world truly works.
Students utilize real-world phenomena as contexts to sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding, shaping them into future-ready, self-regulated leaders who can interact harmoniously with ecology and innovate ethically to design solutions for the betterment of the world.
At EST School, we redesign the world, one child at a time.
Selamat Hari Pendidikan Nasional 2026.

It’s a fun-filled Animal Day! A valuable learning opportunity for our ECEP students to connect, explore, and discover the world of animals with curiosity and care. Through interactive encounters, our students develop empathy, a sense of responsibility, and an early understanding of the importance of caring for all living beings.
