Evergreen wins its 3rd straight 4A title
Evergreen completed the 4A girls lacrosse three-peat in dramatic fashion.
With the state championship tied 11-11 and just 20 seconds left, Lessig scored the game-winner with :04 remaining to lift Evergreen to its third straight state title.
That is not just a championship win. That is a dynasty moment.
Golden pushed the title game to the brink in its first championship appearance, but Evergreen found one last answer when it mattered most.
