Erik at @uniformmusicla demonstrating the Delta 4-7 dual preamp in LINK with a direct guitar. Output from channel 1 is sent into input of channel 2, you still have your clean out of 1 working, but channel 2 can be used as a line amp when the variable pad is on LINE, or roll the pad back to get any amount of drive and color all the way to extreme overdrive and compression. Popular with direct instruments as well as drum and vocal microphones. This can be used to emulate as tube console if you think of channel one as the input channel and channel 2 as the main bus amplifier.
