We are moving!
2 weeks from today (March 31) is our last day at our current location.
This move will give us the ability to better serve our clients, provide a better training environment, and ultimately grow the High Intensity family.
Stay tuned for updates as our new facility is under construction.
This past weekend I had the opportunity to speak to youth football players and parents at the CT Pride banquet
I told my story, from being an elite athlete to fighting for my life, to now academic, career, and overall life success.
Looking forward to continuing my relationship with CT Pride and coaching young athletes to success.

CT Stars Metrics Day!
Great time today, and our athletes all did amazing!
The girls tested themselves in a number of metrics and measurables, competing and working hard but also having a lot of fun.
We use metrics as a part of our development process and it was awesome to see the girls participate and give max effort.
Thanks to our friends with @highintensityct for all their help with the planning and execution of the event.
