At High Cascade Snowboard Camp, the Olympics aren’t something we watch from the outside. They’re something we’ve been connected to for decades. Long before snowboarding became a centerpiece of the Winter Games, riders were spending their summers on Mount Hood lapping the same lanes, learning the same fundamentals, and pushing progression in the same place we still call home today. Many of those riders are now preparing to represent their countries on the world’s biggest stage. One of which is Signature Session Pro™ @MarkMcMorris 🇨🇦 Though Mark had a small set back in big air qualifiers, were wishing him the best while he recovers for slopestyle. I never expected I’d still have all the moves at 52 that I had when I was young and in my “prime”. I actually feel better on my board these days than I did back then, but maybe that’s just because I appreciate it more than ever. Here’s a set of switch backside rotations from @highcascade last summer. Mt. The Snow League is now kicking off summer during Session Zero, June 14–20 🗓️
Luckily for you, there’s overnight spots available for both girls and boys during this week 👍
Originally planned for Session 5, we’re getting things started early. The park and pipe will be firing, and The Snow League athletes will be hyping up camp all week long.
Expect new tricks, new friends, classic camp activities, and all the summer chaos that makes camp unforgettable 🏕️

Join us Thursday APRIL 30th, from 12–6pm for a public ski & snowboard rail jam on Wy’East Campus! Presented by Wy’East student government, we are raising money for IRCO’s youth program, Upward Bound.

12pm: Campus open for attendees
1:00pm: Open Rail Jam
3:00pm: Big Air Practice (1 lap per participant)
4:00pm: Wy’East Big Air Competition (qualifying athletes must have a coach and adequate insurance policy)
5:00pm Awards
There will be prizes, music, and plenty of time to lap our Rail Garden.
