Take your aerial hoop (lyra) practice to new heights — with a partner! In this intermediate-level duo workshop, you’ll explore lifts, counterbalances, mirrored shapes, and creative transitions designed for two people on one hoop. Together, you’ll work on building trust, timing, and strength as you learn partner choreography and collaborate on dynamic sequences.
