This album is dedicated to the beautiful bleakness that is Cormac McCarthy’s anti western novel “Blood Meridian”. This is a soundtrack for cold starlit desert nights and for blistering walks across gasping sands. Blood soaks the thirsty Earth and the bodies of the slain glisten in the rising Sun. Horses trample the bodies of the dead as more blood is spilled day after day and night after night.
You can get some absolutely stunning CD’s from @relics_of_the_eternal_city and tapes from @high_mage today and you should because they both did absolutely insane work making this thing really special.

I'm proud to finally show you this acrylic on canvas I painted for my good friend @remypercidae , who contacted me with two commissions : one for @condatelegacy and @1357_official (for the split EP "Fire from the North, Wind from the South") and another for this split with AVXARC (@ledenmeremusic ) 👿
All I was given back then was to paint something dark, abyssal and lovecraftian, and here is the result : an ancient temple at the bottom of the ocean, ruins from an extraterrestrial civilisation, and the menace of a shoggoth ! I was reading "At the Mountains of Madness" while I was painting it : maybe you'll find some of it in this cover art ❄😱

On a beautiful afternoon I received a letter from @high_mage which saying: Hello dear Percidae, AVXARC (@ledenmeremusic ) want to explore the depths and he heard you already go there.
No time to lose, I grabbed my coachman's coat, put on my hat and go to meet this ambient master.
By the way, before leaves I sent a letter to @macchabeeartworks because I know he was the person who could bring back visual evidence from our travel.
It was so hard for our mind.

What can I say about Mørder? The artist’s progress and quality grows will each release, and they’re all totally different. This one plucks at the dark ambient heartstrings and takes the listener in and out of a fantastically isolated and minimalist story.
