@shaun_verth has entered the CapeTown Chat 💬 folks! On the last day of my trip I was fortunate enough to have this talented group of performers drive hours out of their way to come train at “The Shed” Gym. Many of them were working 6 day weeks and still came to throw down on what would effectively be a 7th day from set.
Also huge respect to @shaun_verth for coming out after teaching an action seminar from 9am-3pm and then turned around to come play the lead which is a lot of work!
This journey traveling and filming has taught me a lot and this is only the beginning. Each of my films run an average of 3-4hrs for filming and creating with many ideas being created on the spot in order to keep everyone involved.
These days I’ve never felt more sharpe than I do right now and my ideas are still backed up in my mind. Excited to hit 40 soon and thank you everyone for the support!
