Given the opportunity by @_dandelionstudios to craft this spot for Knorr! Definitely one of the highlights for 2024, collaborating with fellow anime comrade @irev.on. It was more fun than work actually, and the usual brilliance from @khien.grade's grading

An overseas project born in the midst of Covid - this one came about after I took @bertrandhmlee's advice and put my portfolio in xinpianchang. Teaming up with Achill Productions from Shanghai, I was given complete freedom by the director to "have fun with the footage" and had fun I did! With @yobenwong's color and online prowess, we pulled this playful piece together in just two weeks ⏰

I promise this will be the last Covid project upload! Given the opportunity by @spencer.offline to piece this together alongside @jenny_ng_mei_mei, this was honestly one of those projects where the learning outweighed everything else I gained.3/3 of the feely pieces that I'm uploading today

This short film is something that definitely left a deep impression in me. Working with @nickyloh through the recco by @skippychan53. Together, we shaped this slow-burn piece to capture the stillness of time — partly intentional, partly because we had a duration to meet with not quite enough shots to fill it . What surprised (and delighted) me most was how warmly it was received in Thailand — my Vimeo analytics showed a wave of viewers tuning in from there, really placing the icing on the cake. 2/3 of the feely pieces that I'm uploading today ️‍ ️

A Covid project directed by @rixzhuo and made possible thanks to the lovely folks at @abundantsg_. What stuck with me wasn't the project but the schedule, shoot dates were Monday to Friday and the 1st sit-in with the agency was Saturday afternoon. 1/3 of the feely pieces that i'm uploading today

An old project with @louiscwk! Still one of those rare one-shot-kill moments where both agency and client simply went, “ah.. okay wor”. Also, one of the projects when an overseas prod house actually DM-ed me on WeChat with this very film and asked "Can you do something like this for our project?". Really inflated my ego solid solid for the rest of the day.

A piece with @spaceylights [man united afficionado] a while back at @atypicalfilms, and let's just say, there was absolutely nothing Spursy about this film. Defo one of the milestones of my editing career. I'm still reminded of this film from time to time when I see agencies use this as a reference in their PPMs (sumpah never lie)
