Gli HIDE sono un duo elettronico di Chicago che dal 2014 combina elementi di noise, collage sonori e performance art. Hanno pubblicato 3 album con Dais Records, un 7" con Sub-Pop e un EP con Joyful Noise; il loro quarto album uscirà a settembre 2025 con Get Better Records. Gli HIDE producono anche cortometraggi e opere d'arte visiva.
Tinder Youth è il progetto solista di G. Mustillo, nato da un background ormai decennale tra punk, hardcore e black metal, rielaborato in una forma essenziale e radicale. Un suono minimalista, martellante e sintetico, che attinge all' industrial e al punk anni '80 , con l'urgenza del noise rock e del post-punk più oscuro

Grauzone kicks off this year on Thursday with a free event as part of our satellite programme GrauStad, featuring performances by Avishag C. Rodriques, Hide and Nürnberg.
With festival tickets already sold out (only a handful of Sunday and GrauNacht tickets remain), we’re excited to offer everyone the chance to experience Grauzone for free. And that’s not all, on Saturday we’ll also present a free daytime program, which will be announced soon as part of the expanding GrauStad program.

Το σκοτεινό ηλεκτρονικό duo HIDE από το Σικάγο επιστρέφει στην Αθήνα για μια έντονη live εμπειρία στο Aux Club, την Τρίτη 17 Φεβρουαρίου.
Με ήχο που κινείται ανάμεσα στο industrial, το noise και το πειραματικό ηλεκτρονικό minimal, οι HIDE δημιουργούν βαριές, sample-based συνθέσεις, χρησιμοποιώντας field recordings και αναφορές από τη σύγχρονη κουλτούρα. Η μουσική τους είναι ωμή, επιθετική και βαθιά συναισθηματική, λειτουργώντας ως άμεση αντιπαράθεση με έννοιες όπως η εξουσία, η αυτονομία και το σώμα.
Το πρόσφατο άλμπουμ τους Interior Terror αποδομεί την παραδοσιακή φόρμα τραγουδιού, με κατακερματισμένους ρυθμούς, υποβλητικά drones και φωνητικά που κινούνται ανάμεσα σε μάντρα και κραυγή. Ένα έργο σωματικό και μεταφυσικό, που μετατρέπει τον φόβο και την καταστροφή σε εργαλεία ενδυνάμωσης.
Οι ζωντανές τους εμφανίσεις ξεχωρίζουν για την ακραία ένταση και τη λιτή, σχεδόν τελετουργική performance, ξεπερνώντας τα όρια της συναυλίας.
Οι HIDE έχουν εμφανιστεί ως support των Boy Harsher στην Αθήνα το 2022.
Οι HIDE είναι ηλεκτρονικό duo με έδρα το Σικάγο. Έγιναν γνωστοί για τον σκληρό, μινιμαλιστικό και πολιτικά φορτισμένο ήχο τους, καθώς και για τις ακραίες ζωντανές εμφανίσεις τους. Το ντεμπούτο άλμπουμ Castration Anxiety (2017) εστίασε στις δυναμικές εξουσίας και την προσωπική αυτονομία, ενώ το Hell Is Here (2019) υιοθέτησε έναν ακόμη πιο άμεσο και ασύνδετο ηχητικό λόγο. Το EP Black Flame (2016) ήταν αφιερωμένο στη μνήμη της Reyhaneh Jabbari και ασχολήθηκε με ζητήματα ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων. Με το Interior Terror, οι HIDE εδραιώνουν τη θέση τους ως ένα από τα πιο ανήσυχα και δυναμικά σχήματα της σύγχρονης experimental electronic σκηνής.
