Finally getting around to a photo dump from Building Man.
We had so many newbies to bring new perspectives and so many veterans to help guide the group.
So many hugs, a few tears while looking toward the future, so many smiles and laughs remembering the past. Unplugging to fully embrace the present.
Lessons learned on what love should feel like, and you should never feel like a forced choice. How showing up in the smallest ways matters and sometimes sitting in silence speaks larger than a long drawn out conversation.
How surrounding yourself with those who want nothing from you but your presence is the most valuable thing you can find in this life. Finding my vibe for my tribe. 💕
We finally made it back home after our trip to Building Man with so many wonderful memories, loads of hugs given and received, slightly sunburned skin and sand in every space possible. This year’s event was so incredible and my heart feels so full.
An amazing and magical time at Sinners Serenade with @slclunatics , @thecovenmystica and so many incredible performers and artists. It was one of the most memorable events I’ve had a chance to experience. Thank you @myshawshaw for joining me and always being such great company.
I wasn’t able to get to all the plans I had hoped for due to my body not cooperating, but was able to make it to a portion to the Worthy Suicide Prevention Fundraiser. Thank you to VooDoo productions for the invite.
It’s always such an amazing and moving show with some incredibly gifted and talented individuals, coming together for such a good cause. Well done Violet Shay and B A Miles.

Happy 70th birthday to the giver of the best hugs, and one of the sweetest hearts I was blessed to be raised by. Thank you for being my dad, and loving me. I love you so much and hope this birthday and the many others to follow are everything you could ever hope for.
I’m sure it’s common for parents, but today I randomly had such a strong sense of pride about how amazing my kiddos are growing into such kind and wonderful young men. I really am so lucky to be their mom and get to love them. They take such good care of me and are so easy to love.
I’m also so blessed to have Michael Hailes as my co-parent through this crazy journey that we call life.
