So when I’m really feeling a song, I pick a chunk I want to potentially choreograph and I’ll premeditate a couple freestyles to try different rhythm an surprise myself with how I’ll connect the movements while focusing on moments and performance.

I’ve been learning a lot about my boundaries and I’m realizing just how much things affect me by being honest with myself(my number one policy).
Acceptance makes it way easier to analyze what I find to be expectation versus reality. So I can decipher what is draining and let go. I’m still learning and unlearning
