It's doing small changes over a longer period of time where you will see exponential growth.
You can't cut corners and bypass it with too much volume (unless you're willing to increase your budget 10x)
Rarely does more time help with making an informed decision.
Amateurs allow leads to get off the phone. Pros will push past the "time" smokescreen and find the real objection by reframing the question.
“The leads are bad!”
Oh why? Are they not in your service area?
“I don’t know”
Can they not afford you?
“I don’t know”
Then how do you know the lead is bad?
“They sent me to voicemail”
🤦♂️
If you feel like you're getting spam leads or tire-kickers, then add one or two qualifying questions to your lead form with answers that you generally want from leads anyway.
When you learn how much you're willing to spend on a new customer to be profitable, you can start outspending your competition and still make more money!
We all know that speed to lead is important, but what are you actually doing about it?
There are plenty of platforms out there that will auto send texts for you. You're worried about a $30 monthly expense that is actually costing you hundreds or thousands of dollars
Cost per lead is a bogus metric. If you know your ROAS (return on ad spend) and it's profitable, then your CPL could be $100 and it wouldn't matter if they are good leads!
"But the software is too expensive"
"This takes too much time"
"It's way too confusing"
You know what's expensive? Ads that don't make you money!
You know what takes up a lot of your time? Asking customers how they found you!
You know what's confusing? Wondering where your leads are coming from!
Set aside some time every day this week to get this set up. And if you need help, just DM me!
If you're a home service business that hired a marketing agency, and they are still telling you that they are handling your targeting on meta, then you have an outdated agency.
If they aren't updating your creative and including you in the creative process, then they're taking your money.
Yeah, I'm a marketing agency telling you not to hire a marketing agency.
But as a marketing agency owner, I do not want to work with you if you're just expecting me to do all of your marketing and you want no part of it.
I hope you care about your ROAS, at least a little bit.
